If after logging into your Eye-Fi Manager account you see the following message you may be running an anti-virus application that is not compatible
with the Eye-Fi Manager because it prevents the Eye-Fi Manager from accessing the computer hard drive.
To remedy this, disable the anti-virus software application or enable it to “allow” the Eye-Fi Manager access to your hard drive.
At the time of writing the following anti-virus software applications are known to be incompatible with the Eye-Fi Manager software.
Because you cannot change the settings on these free anti-virus software applications, you cannot enable the Eye-Fi Manager to access your hard drive.
Uninstalling the anti-virus software is the only known resolution. In order to use the Eye-Fi manager software these application must be removed from
a computer running Microsoft Vista.
The Apple Airport Extreme by default is set to a wireless security setting called WEP (Transitional Security Network),
which is not compatible with the Lexar Shoot-n-Sync Card and is also not the standard implementation of WEP. To properly configure
your Airport Extreme, please proceed as follows:
Warning: This will reconfigure the security settings for your wireless network. You will need to reconfigure all of the
computers on your network to reconnect using the new security settings.
Launch the Airport Utility and confirm that your Airport Extreme is running version 7.2.1 or higher.
If not, go to the Aiport Utiltity and select Check for Updates
Once 7.2.1 or higher is installed, Click on the Wireless Tab
Go to the “Radio Mode” and select “802.11n (802.11b/g compatible)
Go to “Wireless Security” and select “WPA2 Personal” or “WPA/WPA2 Personal

If your camera shuts off after a short period of time, please check the power setting on your camera. For a list of recommended power settings, please click

If your photo service account reaches the maximum upload limit, you should consider upgrading your photo service account
to accommodate your additional storage requirements.
A: If your camera powers OFF or moves out of range before a photo upload is completed, the upload will be reported as incomplete.
Incomplete photo uploads will resume (right where they left off) when the camera is next in-range and powered ON. In addition,
if you delete a photo while it is being uploaded, it will continue to appear as an incomplete upload on the Manager website.
Note: We recommend that you check the power setting on your camera to give your Lexar Shoot-n-Sync Card enough time to upload your photos.
