Installing Drivers for Lexar Card Readers (Macintosh)
Installation Instructions
- Download the appropriate driver file for your reader from the drivers page
- Close all programs you have running before the installation
- Double-click on the driver file you saved to the hard drive
- Follow the on-screen instructions
- To use the reader:
- Plug the USB cable into the USB port on your computer
- Insert a memory card into the reader
- Drag and drop files to your computer
If "n/a" is Listed Instead of a Driver File
- No driver files are required
- To use the reader:
- Plug the USB cable into the USB port on your computer
- Insert a memory card into the reader
- Drag and drop files to your computer
Uninstalling Drivers for Lexar Card Readers (Macintosh)
If the Lexar reader you are currently using is USB Mass Storage compliant, there is no need to uninstall any drivers, simply unplug the device from your computer.
To Uninstall:
- Double-click the Lexar USB Installer icon
- Follow the on-screen instructions
- Choose Uninstall and all affected extensions will be removed from the extensions folder
