Released in full on Lexar’s official website, the independently produced five-part documentary series preserves the courage, determination and human connections that shape young football journeys beyond the final score.

[August 2026] — Lexar, a global brand of memory solutions, today announced the release of One Goal, One Dream, a five-part documentary series following young footballers in Sweden, China, Argentina, the United States and Morocco. Released as Lexar marks its 30th anniversary, all five films are now available to watch on the company’s official website. Watch the documentary series here.

Lexar’s partnership with the Argentine Football Association (AFA) created an opportunity for the brand to explore football storytelling beyond the professional game. One Goal, One Dream was subsequently conceived and produced independently by Lexar, with filming carried out alongside an international production team and local football communities in each locatio n.

For three decades, Lexar has helped people preserve the images, work and memories that matter to them. The new series brings that purpose into youth football, documenting not only what happens during a match, but also the personal experiences, relationships and unseen effort that give each journey its meaning.

Five Stories Beyond the Score

Across five continents, the series presents five different ways young people experience growth through football.

Sweden — William: Better Than Yesterday
After a difficult period in his personal life, William stepped away from football. With the encouragement of his family, he gradually found the courage to return to the pitch and rediscover the confidence and joy he had once found in the game.

China — Li Dongmei: From the Mountain to the Pitch
In the mountains of Yunnan, Li Dongmei discovered football at school and demonstrated a natural instinct for the game. Recognition from her teachers and coaches, together with support from her family, helped new possibilities begin to emerge.

Argentina — Oliver: Let Football Do the Talking
Growing up in a demanding youth football environment, Oliver has had to navigate pressure, setbacks and uncertainty. Supported by his mother, he reconnects with what first drew him to football and finds the confidence to keep going.

United States — Alana: Turning Doubt into Determination
After a difficult first season at the premier level, Alana began to question whether she belonged. She responded by working on her positioning, movement and mindset, gradually turning persistent effort into improved performance and renewed confidence.

Morocco — Ziyade: Growing Together Through Football
At Club Rahal, Ziyade trains alongside young players brought together by a shared love of football. Through coaching, teamwork and friendship, he learns how the game can build discipline, confidence and a sense of belonging.

Preserving the Story Behind the Score

The Lexar team participated throughout the creation of the series, from early communication and coordination to on-location filming and production support.

This involvement helped the films capture more than the action on the pitch. The cameras also stay with the quieter moments surrounding each journey: preparation before a match, encouragement from a parent, guidance from a coach, support between teammates and the personal reasons each young player continues to play.

Players, families, coaches, schools and clubs contributed the local knowledge and relationships that gave each film its context. Rather than defining the participants through a single challenge or result, the series focuses on their voices, aspirations and wider journeys.

By highlighting encouragement, recognition, determination, teamwork and belonging, One Goal, One Dream gives a human expression to the social value of sport—without presenting success through a single definition.

Thirty Years of Preserving What Matters

As Lexar celebrates its 30th anniversary, One Goal, One Dream extends the meaning of preservation from storing important content to keeping the experiences behind it close.

Across five continents, William, Li Dongmei, Oliver, Alana and Ziyade show that progress can take many forms: returning after a setback, having potential recognised, rediscovering joy, working through doubt or finding a place to belong.

The final score records what happened in a match. The moments preserved along the way reveal what the journey meant.
